Sunil Kushwaha is a globally recognized expert in Elementary Mathematics and Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN), with over 15 years of experience in instructional design, teacher training, and large-scale education reform across India and internationally.
As Lead for Numeracy, he has trained over ~ 30,000 teachers across 22 Indian states and the African continent, applying Structured Pedagogy, Learning Trajectories, effective teaching practices to transform mathematics classrooms.
He is the creator of the 4-Block Model for effective lesson plan planning and teaching and an international speaker, including at the M3 workshop in Accra, Ghana (supported by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation) and a foundational numeracy workshop in Kenya.
